ABOUT DONDI PHELPS
Dondi is no stranger to the process of moving. She has relocated across the states and abroad all her life. After attending school at the University of South Carolina, she has now made Columbia her home.
Dondi takes a unique approach to Real Estate. Buying and Selling a home is very emotional, but focusing on the business aspect of selling and buying a home helps achieve better results.
BUSINESS ASSOCIATIONS
Currently, Dondi is a member of the Greater Columbia Association of REALTORS, the South Carolina Association of REALTORS, the National Association of REALTORS, and REBAC. Business relationships allow Dondi to find homes for her Buyers and allows her Sellers homes to sell more quickly.
Each year she attends over 30 hours of continuing education to help her service buyers and sellers with the most up to date information. In South Carolina agents are only required to take eight hours of continuing eduation every two years. Dondi believes in education to provide better SERVICE! Her BUYERS and SELLERS benefit from her knowledge and expertise. Buyers will find her association with REBAC or Real Estate Buyers Agent Council and ABR or Acredited Buyer Designation of importance. Dondi has completed the GRI or Graduate Realtor Institute. Both BUYERS and SELLERS will find her more knowledgeable than your average REALTOR. Dondi has also obtained her e-PRO certificate which means she has sharpened her internet and e-mail skills to assist her clients more effectively.
